Alternative Health and Allergy is a place where you can be seen, feel heard and rest at ease. Everyone is welcome here. Dr. Pennock respects each person as well as their health choices.
Appointments
Scheduling is easy. Please contact the office by phone, text or email. If you would like to request an appointment online, click ‘Contact Us’ above. The doctor or staff will follow up with you, usually within 24 hours.
Financial
The office accepts payments by cash, check, credit/debit cards. Some HSAs will cover services. In order to offer the time and level of personalized care provided, we do not accept insurance nor provide billing, coding or records to insurance. We do strive to keep fees very reasonable, and often a simple office visit is not much more than a standard co-pay. The fee schedule is available to everyone, ahead of the new patient appointment. There is also an application for those with true financial hardship and a sliding scale may possible in some cases. Please request details.
* Because Medicare refuses their insureds the option to choose chiropractors who do not submit billing, the doctor unfortunately cannot accept anyone with Medicare for chiropractic treatment.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. A fee may be charged for a no show or late cancellation, and patients may be discharged from our practice for repeatedly missing scheduled appointments.
